Beautiful, spacious, bright flat to share in Dublin city centre (10 minutes to temple bar and 15 minutes to Trinity and Grafton Street).

3 friendly people are currently living in this flat (1 French, 1 Spanish and 1 Italian). There are two bathrooms, with 4 balconies and all mod cons.
We are searching for a nice and tidy girl or boy to share a big twin room ensuite with a Spanish girl. All nationalities are very welcome!
The flat is perfectly situated, you can go to liddle, spar, centra, and the bus stop is just in front of the door. Plenty of pubs and restaurants!

The rent is 375 euros per month and the deposit is 375 euros.
