We have an exciting opportunity for a fluent French and English speaker, working with one of the most well-known global online brands. Our client is based in Co. Cork in Ireland and is offering the successful candidate a dynamic multi-cultural environment, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced industry. You will deal with customers across France, providing the highest levels of customer service by phone and email.
This purely a customer support position (no sales involved). Fluency in French is essential, both written and spoken, good English language is required, non-fluent speakers will be considered, you will be working with the French market.
