This diverse and dynamic role is to provide to the team timely and accurate processing of orders and the application of company sales terms to new client accounts and the invoicing and billing enquiries for all existing accounts. The role is also to handle general office administration including some bookkeeping and debtor recovery.
Job duties include
• Controlling and processing customer orders
• Creating client accounts
• Billing all clients
• Handling billing enquiries
• Other administration
• Basic bookkeeping
• Various debtors ledger tasks
• Assisting management
Job Requirements and Experience:
• Min 2 years experience in sales administration.
• Working knowledge of SAGE
• Confident in handling customer telephone enquiries
• Well organized
• Capable of multitasking
• Good with MS – excel, word, Outlook
• Fluent French essentiel
Location : Dublin
Remuneration : market rate
